Stir sugar in curds to desolve. Add baking soda, baking powder and stir them nicely. Keep them aside for a while.
After 10 mins add vanilla and oil. Mix them nicely by addin maida flour littl by little.
Finally add dry nuts to them. Pour the mixture into grased cake mould and bake for 30 mins (or until knife comes out clean). Take out and spread milk on surface.
Whisk all icing ingredients and decorate it on cake.
Recipe Tips
If icing is thick in mass add little more milk to soften in.
