Method
- Pre-heat oven to 175ºC, and spread butter paper on a 9×13 cake pan.
- In a pan sieve baking powder,baking soda and jowar flour ,keep aside.
- In another pan add dalda and sugar whisk well to become creamy structure.
- Whisk eggs separetly and add them to the above mixture.
- Add maida and other sieved powder little by little and stir them nicely. Finally add milk and banana, mix it well.
- Add this to the baking tray and bake for 1 hr.
