Method


  • Dry roast maida flour for 5 mins. Remove from the flame and sieve it with baking powder and baking soda. Add cofee powder to 2 tbsp of warm water.
  • Pre-heat oven to 175ºC, and spread butter paper on a 9×13 cake pan.
  • Whisk butter,sugar,cream and eggs to become nice creamy texture.
  • Now add coffee mixture and flour little by little and stir them nicely.
  • Add this to the baking tray and bake for 20-25 mins.
