Icing Sugar	100 g

Baking Powder	1 tsp
Vanilla Essence	1 tsp

Method

• Pre-heat oven to 180ºC, and spread butter paper on a 9×13 cake pan.
• Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add icing sugar and butter to it and whisk again.Finally add vanilla essence and mix well.
• Sieve maida and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add the powder to the above mixture beating it gently.
• Add the mixture to muffin cups and bake for 20 mins.
