Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180ºC, and spread butter paper on a 9×13 cake pan.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add icing sugar and butter to it and whisk again.Finally add vanilla essence and mix well.
- Sieve maida and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add the powder to the above mixture beating it gently.
- Add the mixture to muffin cups and bake for 20 mins.
