Method


  • Pre-heat oven to 175ºC, and spread butter paper on a 9×13 cake pan.
  • Whisk butter and eggs to become nice creamy texture.
  • In another pan add dalda and sugar whisk well to become creamy structure.
  • Whisk eggs separetly and add them to the above mixture.
  • Add maida and other sieved powder little by little and stir them nicely. Finally add milk and banana, mix it well.
  • Add this to the baking tray and bake for 1 hr.
