Maida/All Purpose Flour1 cup
Tomato Puree1 cup
Chilli powder1 tsp
Cheese(Grated)1 cup
saltTo taste

Method


  • Add all ingredients(except oil) in a wide pan.
  • Knead it with water adding by little and little. knead it little hard than usual chapati dough. Let it rest for 30 min.
  • Keep oil pan ready. Meanwhile prepare poori's with dough. Read poori recipes&tips above, how to press poori.
  • Drop them into oil and remove them when they turned light golden in color.
