Ingredients

Ginger Garlic Paste1 tsp
Cashews-broken2 tsp
Green chillies-chopped1 tsp
Curry Leaves-chopped1/4 cup
Corn Flour2 tbsp
SaltTo taste
Turmeric Powder1/2 tsp
Coriander powder1 tsp
Chilli powder1 tsp
Garam Masala powder1/2 tsp
OilTo Fry

Method


  • Wash bananas and keep in cooker for 3 whistles. Once it becomes cool peel of bananas and keep it aside.
  • In a bowl mash bananas and add all other ingredients except oil. Mix them thoroughly and rest it for 5 mins.
  • Meanwhile keep oil pan ready and drop the mixture in vada shape when oil is hot.
  • Deep fry them till they turn into nice golden color.

Recipe Tips


  • People who doesn't like deep fry, can do shallow fry.
