Ginger Garlic Paste | 1 tsp |
Cashews-broken | 2 tsp |
Green chillies-chopped | 1 tsp |
Curry Leaves-chopped | 1/4 cup |
Corn Flour | 2 tbsp |
Salt | To taste |
Turmeric Powder | 1/2 tsp |
Coriander powder | 1 tsp |
Chilli powder | 1 tsp |
Garam Masala powder | 1/2 tsp |

Method
- Wash bananas and keep in cooker for 3 whistles. Once it becomes cool peel of bananas and keep it aside.
- In a bowl mash bananas and add all other ingredients except oil. Mix them thoroughly and rest it for 5 mins.
- Meanwhile keep oil pan ready and drop the mixture in vada shape when oil is hot.
- Deep fry them till they turn into nice golden color.
Recipe Tips
- People who doesn't like deep fry, can do shallow fry.
