- Now put it gently into the hot oil and deep fry until golden brown. Repeat and same for 3-4 vadas per batch.
- Then take 1 litre water, add salt,,milk and heat it till it becomes warm. Put all the Vadas into the water and cover it. After soaking them for half an hour, take out the Vadas from the water. Now sqeeze out the excess water from the Vadas by pressing with your hand. Most of the oil will get squeezed out too. Take out vadas and gently put them into the curds mixture.

- Soak urad dals together for an hour. Grind it just like you do for general vada batter.
- Add all other ingredients to the batter and mix well.
- Directly spread the dough into a rotti on the tava. Because the dough sticks to the fingers while spreading, you have to dip your fingers in water or oil often and then continue to spread the dough. Lightly coat with ghee on top of it.
- Flip the rotti with a spatula, if its surface color has changed. Reduce the flame, but make sure it is between medium and high. Flip the rotti again after a few minutes. Pour 1/4 teaspoon of ghee on the rotti.Cook till a few golden brown spots appear on both sides.
