- Peel of the skin of mangoes and cut the pulp into slices. Heat water in a sauce pan and keep a bowl in it and add mango slices and mint leaves. Close the lid and allow the water to boil for 5 minutes.
- In a pan add 1 Cup of water and sugar, put in flame for syrup. It should be light consistency(Letha paakam).
- Grind the the mangoes,mint leaves by adding cumin seed powder and salt.
- Add the puree to the syrup and cook for 5 mins. Filter the puree and let it rest to become cool. To this add Ice cubes and mix well.
- It can be stored for 2 days in fridge.
