Ingredients

Rice Flour1/4 Cup

Green Chilli, Chopped2
Onions, Chopped1 Medium size
Chopped coriander leaves1 Tbsp

Cumin Seeds1/4 Tsp
Oil1/2 Tbsp

Method


  • Add Semolina, All Purpose Flour, Rice flour and yogurt in a bowl. Mix well without lumps. After add chillies, Coriander leaves, Salt, Cumin Seeds and again mix well with 1/ 1/2 cup of water. Rest this for 10 mins. After 10 mins, add 1/2 cup of water to have water consistency of batter.
  • Apply oil on the pan on high flame. Sprinkle onions on the pan.
  • When the pan becomes too hot, pour the batter in circular motion. Add some oil to cook well. It takes 3 mins to get cooked.
  • Flip dosa in another side and cook for 2 mins.
