Semolina/Sooji | 1 Cup |
All Purpose Flour | 1/4 Cup |
Rice Flour | 1/4 Cup |
Yogurt | 2 Cups |
Green Chilli, Chopped | 2 |
Onions, Chopped | 1 Medium size |
Chopped coriander leaves | 1 Tbsp |
Salt | As Required |
Cumin Seeds | 1/4 Tsp |
Oil | 1/2 Tbsp |

Method
Add Semolina, All Purpose Flour, Rice flour and yogurt in a bowl. Mix well without lumps. After add chillies, Coriander leaves, Salt, Cumin Seeds and again mix well with 1/ 1/2 cup of water. Rest this for 10 mins. After 10 mins, add 1/2 cup of water to have water consistency of batter.
Apply oil on the pan on high flame. Sprinkle onions on the pan.
When the pan becomes too hot, pour the batter in circular motion. Add some oil to cook well. It takes 3 mins to get cooked.
Flip dosa in another side and cook for 2 mins.
