- Place a skillet with Saseme seeds in it and roast with 1 tsp oil for about 5 mins on medium heat.
- Add green chillies to it and fry for 5 more mins.
- First coarsely grind saseme seeds,green chillis,salt and turmeric. To this add mango pieces and grind to a fine paste.
- Prepare "Temper" with tempering" ingredients and add it to the chutney.
- Rice with a combination of chutney is delicious.
