- Add salt to the cut mango pieces and set aside for 20-30 mins. Combine mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds together and powder it together. Tip in the salted mangoes and add chiili powder, turmeric powder, cloves. Combine the mixture well.
- Now add Spring onions to this and mix well. Add oil and combine till the mixture evenly moistured.
- Transfer to a dry glass jar. Store it in dry place and use up for a year.
- Rice with a combination of pickle is delicious.
