- Add salt to the cut mango pieces and set aside for 2 mins. Combine chiili powder, turmeric powder by adding 1 cup of oil.
- Add 1 cup of oil and mix well. Let it rest for 3 days in dry area. Mean while wash ginger and sun dry it for a day.
- Make a fine paste with ginger and garlic. Add this paste to the above mixture. Add the remaining oil to this and combine well.
- Transfer to a dry glass jar. Store it in dry place and use up for a year.
- Rice with a combination of pickle is delicious.
