Ingredients

Method


  • Add corn to the mixer and grind it. Now add 1/2 cup of water and mixer it again. Take out the water which looks like milk. Do the same again and again with remaining water till to get 3 cups of milk.
  • Meanwhile roast sooji in a pan with 2 tbsp of ghee.
  • In a separate thick bottomned pan add corn milk and boil it in low flame. Keep stirring,make sure the milk doesn't curdle.
  • When the milk boils add sooji and cook for 5 mins. Now add sugar and cook for 5 more mins. When the mixture thickens add remaining ghee little by little and mix well.
  • Finally add cardomom,dry nuts and switch off the flame. Mix them well.

  • It can be delicious when its warm.
