Water | 2 cups |
Bomaby Rava/sooji | 1-1/2 cup |
Sugar | 2 cups |
Ghee | 1/4 cup |
Cardomom Powder | 1 tsp |

Method
- Add corn to the mixer and grind it. Now add 1/2 cup of water and mixer it again. Take out the water which looks like milk. Do the same again and again with remaining water till to get 3 cups of milk.
- Meanwhile roast sooji in a pan with 2 tbsp of ghee.
- In a separate thick bottomned pan add corn milk and boil it in low flame. Keep stirring,make sure the milk doesn't curdle.
- When the milk boils add sooji and cook for 5 mins. Now add sugar and cook for 5 more mins. When the mixture thickens add remaining ghee little by little and mix well.
- Finally add cardomom,dry nuts and switch off the flame. Mix them well.
