Method
- Boil peas in pressure cooker for 3 whilstles. Drain water completely and mixer the peas into fine paste.
- In a thick bottomned pan melt ghee and add the paste. Stir it nicely, till the raw smells goes off.
- Now add sugar,milk and kova one after the other. Keep stirring, till the mixture becomes thicken.
- Spread ghee to a plate and drop the above mixture on it. Spread evenly and cut them into pieces.
- Decorate them with tooty fruity and cashews.
Recipe Tips
- When the mixture becomes thick make sure it doesn't burn.
