Method


  • Boil peas in pressure cooker for 3 whilstles. Drain water completely and mixer the peas into fine paste.
  • In a thick bottomned pan melt ghee and add the paste. Stir it nicely, till the raw smells goes off.
  • Now add sugar,milk and kova one after the other. Keep stirring, till the mixture becomes thicken.
  • Spread ghee to a plate and drop the above mixture on it. Spread evenly and cut them into pieces.
  • Decorate them with tooty fruity and cashews.

Recipe Tips


  • When the mixture becomes thick make sure it doesn't burn.
