Method
- In a thick bottom pan add yellow gram. Dry roast them in medium flame till they turn to light golden color. Make sure they doesn't burn.
- Once it becomes cool grind them into fine powder by adding sugar.
- In a small pan add ghee and roast the cashews. Break them into small pieces.
- In the same pan add ghee and melt it.
- Mix all ingredients to the grided flour. Add the melted ghee to the powder till it comes to laddo texture. Take a lemon size of dough roll it nicely with two hands.
Recipe Tips
- It can be stored 1 month fresh at outside. It can be fresh for 3-4 months when stored in refrigerated.
- Just the powder ready, can be stored and prepare laddo when ever is required.
