Lunch/Dinner - Non Veg Starters - Lemon Fish Fry

Lemon Fish Fry

Big Lemon2
Coriander powder1 Tsp
Curry powder1 Tsp
Chilli powder1 Tsp
Pepper powder1 Tsp
Salt To Taste
Cornflour1 Tbsp

Gravy
Onions,Finely Chopped1 Medium
Green chillies,sliced2
Soya sauce1 Tsp
Coriander leavesFew
Turmeric powder1/4 Tsp

  1. Wash the fish and add salt to each piece then add 1 lemon juice, also add the lemon skin to the fish. Then add coriander powder, curry powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, soya sauce, chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Marinate for 1-2 hrs in fridge.
  2. Take each fish piece and fry in medium flame.
  3. Flip them and fry till they turn to golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile in a separate pan saute the onions and saute them. Add other gravy ingredients one by one and saute for 2 mins. Finally add fried fish pieces to this mixture. If you add water it turns out awesome gravy.
  1. Fried pieces and be served as starters.
