- Wash the fish and add salt to each piece then add 1 lemon juice, also add the lemon skin to the fish. Then add coriander powder, curry powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, soya sauce, chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Marinate for 1-2 hrs in fridge.
- Take each fish piece and fry in medium flame.
- Flip them and fry till they turn to golden brown.
- Meanwhile in a separate pan saute the onions and saute them. Add other gravy ingredients one by one and saute for 2 mins. Finally add fried fish pieces to this mixture. If you add water it turns out awesome gravy.
