- Heat a pan and add oil to it. When oil is hot add cumin seeds. Fry well till the seeds splutter. Add green chillies and garlic cloves. Finally add tomatoes and cook this tomatoes till they becomes soft. Keep it aside to get cool.
- Mean while mixer the fresh coconut into paste. Ina pan dry roast the ground nuts and tildal separately and mixer it to a fine powder.
- Now add all ingredients to the mixer and paste it nicely.
- Finally add the tempering to the chutney.
- Serve this chutney with Idli,Dosa/ Utappam,Upma,Roti etc…
