- Add sweet corn to blender, make a coarse paste.
- To this add all other ingredients and mix well. Do not mix any water,as the corn itself contains.
- Make small round balls out of that mixture and flatten it using your hands.
- Heat oil, when it is hot put it in low flame. Deep fry those vadas till it becomes dark brown and crisp.
