Cardomom Cloves | 1/2 Tsp |
Cinnamon | 1/2 Tsp |
Garlic, chopped | 3 Cloves |
Onions, chopped | 1 Medium Size |
Curry Leaves, chopped | 2 Tbsp |
Tomato,chopped | 1 |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 2 Tbsp |
Turmeric Powder | 1/2 Tsp |
Chilli Powder | 2 Tsp |
Cumin Powder | 2 Tsp |
Salt | To Taste |
Balck Pepper | 1 Tsp |

Method
Add oil to the pan. when it is hot add cumin, cardomom, cinnamon to the oil. Stir it for a while to get the aroma. Then add chopped garlic and cook for 2 mins.
Add onions and stir it till they becom golden color. Add curry leaves.
Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Cook till it becomes dark brown. Add turmeric, chilli powder, cumin powder and stir it well.
Add chicken pieces and water to it. Cook for 15 mins in slow fire. When the chicken is well cooked finish it of with pepper. Mix it along with chicken.
