Jowar Flour | 2 Tbsp |
Poppy Seeds | 2 Tbsp |
Onion, chopped | 1/2 Cup |
Cumin Seeds | 1 tsp |

Coconut Oil | 3 Tbsp |
Ginger Garli Paste | 1 Tbsp |
Turmeric Powder | 1 Tsp |

Method
Dry roast the jowar flour and poppy seeds in low temparature. Blend this with the masala.
In a pan add oil. In a hot coconut oil add cumin seeds, onions and salt. Cook them till they turn lightly golden color.
Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric and masala.
Immediately add chicken and water. Cook this for 20 mins or till the chicken becomes tender.
Cook it till the oil oozes out of the mixture. Finish with the coriander leaves.
Recipe Tips
- Dont burn the jowar flour and poppy seeds.
