All Purpose Flour/Maida | 1 Cup |
Salt | to Taste |
Rice Flour | 1/2 Cup |
Ghee | 2 Tbsp |

Method
Mix wheat, maida and salt together and make it very soft dough by adding water. Let it rest for 15 mins.
Take lemon size of 2 dough rolls. Flatten two dough rolls and apply little ghee on the one surface of both doughs.
Take rice flour in the plate. Dredge the chapati with rice flour on the side where you applied ghee.
Spread one dough on the other dough. Make sure both surfaces of rice flour is together. Take the rolling pin and roll the chapati very thin.
When the tawa is super hot put the roti on it.when you see bubble coming up then flip it.
Take parata and tear it into two. You will have 2 roomali rotis from one roti.
Recipe Tips
- Tawa should be very hot when roti is spread on it.
