Ingredients

Ginger Garlic Paste1 Tbsp
Lime Juice1 Tbsp

Gram Flour2 Tbsp
Tymol Seeds/Ajwain1 Tsp
Yogurt1 Cup
Garam Masala Powder1/2 Tsp
Mustered Oil3 Tbsp

Method


  • Mix "Marinate1" to the chicken and keep aside for 20 mins.
  • In a oil (2 Tbsp) pan , add gram flour and cook it in medium flame.
  • When a naughty flavour comes, add other ingredients of "Marinate2".
  • Add Marinated chicken to the above mixture. Keep it aside for 3 hrs.
  • Skew the chicken pieces to the bamboo sticks. Grease the oil to the tray and keep the skewed chicken to this. Keep the tray in oven for 220C for 8 mins. Flip the bamboo and brush oil on surface. Cook for 8 more mins.

Recipe Tips


  • Soak the bamboo sticks for 15 mins, before you skew the chicken pieces.
