| Red Chilli Powder | 2 Tbsp |
| Turmeric | 1 Tbsp |
| Ginger Garlic Paste | 1 Tbsp |
| Lime Juice | 1 Tbsp |
| Marinate2 | |
| Gram Flour | 2 Tbsp |
| Tymol Seeds/Ajwain | 1 Tsp |
| Yogurt | 1 Cup |
| Garam Masala Powder | 1/2 Tsp |
| Mustered Oil | 3 Tbsp |

Method
Mix "Marinate1" to the chicken and keep aside for 20 mins.
In a oil (2 Tbsp) pan , add gram flour and cook it in medium flame.
When a naughty flavour comes, add other ingredients of "Marinate2".
Add Marinated chicken to the above mixture. Keep it aside for 3 hrs.
Skew the chicken pieces to the bamboo sticks. Grease the oil to the tray and keep the skewed chicken to this. Keep the tray in oven for 220C for 8 mins. Flip the bamboo and brush oil on surface. Cook for 8 more mins.
Recipe Tips
- Soak the bamboo sticks for 15 mins, before you skew the chicken pieces.
