Ingredients

Marinate Masala

Lime Juice1 Tbsp
Turmeric1 Tbsp
SaltAs Required
Oil5 Tbsp

Method


  • Grind all "Marinate Masala" Ingredients to a fine paste.
  • To chicken mix all "Other" ingredients except oil and lime juice. Marinate this for 3 hours in freezer.
  • Add lime juice to the mixture and mix well. In a non stick pan add oil and drop the chicken pieces without touching each other. Close lid and cook for 15 mins in medium flame.
  • Add remaining masala on top of chicken pieces and flip them. Close the lid and cook for 10 mins.
