Ginger Piece, chopped | 1 inch |
Garlic Cloves | 5 |
Green Chilli | 1 |
Onion, chopped | 1 Big |
Curry Leaves | 15 |

Rice Flour | 2 Tbsp |
Lime Juice | 1 Tbsp |
Turmeric | 1 Tbsp |
Salt | As Required |
Oil | 5 Tbsp |

Method
Grind all "Marinate Masala" Ingredients to a fine paste.
To chicken mix all "Other" ingredients except oil and lime juice. Marinate this for 3 hours in freezer.
Add lime juice to the mixture and mix well. In a non stick pan add oil and drop the chicken pieces without touching each other. Close lid and cook for 15 mins in medium flame.
Add remaining masala on top of chicken pieces and flip them. Close the lid and cook for 10 mins.
