Coriander Powder | 1 Tbsp |

Frying | |
Cumin Seeds | 1 Tsp |
Onion, chopped | 1 Big |
Curry Leaves | 15 |
Coconut, Grated | 1/4 Cup |
Cooking Masala | |
Pepper Corn | |
Green Chillies | 2 |
Kerala Garam Masala | 1 Tbsp |
Salt | As required |
Coriander, Chopped | 2 Tbsp |
Oil | 5 Tbsp |

Method
Marinate chicken for atleast 4 hrs with "Marinate Masala" ingredients.
In a oil pan add "Frying" ingredients one by one and cook them for 3 mins.
Add chicken and mix this. Put lid and cook in medium flame. Once chicken oozes lot of juice add lime juice.
Add "Cooking Masala" ingredients to this mixture(except coriander) and mix well. Dont put lid on this.Cook the mixture till brown color on every piece. When the oil is oozing out then add coriander and switch off the flame.
