Coriander Powder | 2 Tsp |
Cumin Powder | 1 Tsp |

Oil | 5 Tbsp |
Black Pepper, Coarsed | 3-1/2 Tbsp |

Method
Mix chicken with "Marinate Masala" ingredients. Marinate for 2 hrs.
In a oil pan add "Frying" ingredients one by one. Fry them for 3 mins add little water in medium flame.
Add "Cooking Masala" ingredients and stir it till oil seperate from spices.
Add marinated chicken to this and mix well. Cook this without water at medium to high temperature for 25 mins , stirring occasionally.
Add 1 cup of water and cook (with lid) again cook for 15 mins in high flame.
Add pepper to this mixture and stir for a min.
Recipe Tips
- This can be turned into gravey by adding more water and cook for 10 mins more.
