Method


  • Mix Rice Flour, Coconut Milk and salt in a bowl. Add required water little at a time to become like watery kind of batter.
  • Spread oil all over the pan with an onion. Pour spoonful of batter in circular motion. Fill the gaps with the batter.
  • Cover this and cook for 30 sec. You can see sides of dosa pulling out from the pan. After add few drops of oil to this and remove.

Recipe Tips


  • Make sure that every sigle time you need to give this batter very good stir.
  • Coconut milk can be replaced with fresh coconut as well.
  • Don’t drop batter like a thick lump but pour all over, evenly, filling the gaps.
