Red chilli powder | 2 teaspoon |
raw peanuts | 1 cup |
sunflower oil | 1 cup |

Method
- Pressure cook the raw peanuts and grind them to a fine paste. Add salt and enough water to wheat flour. Knead well to a pliable dough.
- Mix the peanut paste and red chilli powder in a bowl. Keep aside.
- Make small balls of the dough and shape them in to a small cup.
- Add some of the peanut mixture and fold well. Roll them into small/medium pooris.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame.
- Fry the prepared pooris until golden brown. Remove and drain excess oil.
