Method
- Soak china grass for 15 mins. After keep in low flame, and mix well till it is dissolved.
- Add sugar and keep stirring. When the sugar is dissolved add mango pulp to it. Mix well for 2 mins and switch off the flame.
- Immediately transfer this to the ice fruit moulds. Keep refregerated for 2 hrs.
Recipe Tips
- Take out the moulds from freezer and keep under running water forlk a min, so that ice fruit easily comes out.
