- Add salt,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder to the mutton. Keep this mixture in cooker for 5 whistles by adding little water. Drain the water.
- To this add corn flour,gram flour, masala powder, chilli powder and salt to this. Mix everything and combine well.
- Keep oil pan ready to fry. Drop the pieces slowly into the oil and deep fry them till they turn to golden color.
- Drain the pieces and serve hot.
