- Peel of the ashgourd and grate it in small hole side.
- Add ghee to a pan and roast the nuts. To the same pan add the ashgourd and mix till the water evoporates.
- Add the milk to this and stir nicely till it combines to the halwa.
- Now add kova and sugar and mix well till you get halwa consistency. If the halwa is sticking to the pand add little ghee and mix till the halwa leaves the bottom of the pan.
- Add the dry nuts and switch off the flame.
