Sweets - Halwa - Soya Halwa

Soya Halwa

  1. Soak the soya beans for 4 hrs or overnight.
  2. Put them in cooker and whistle for three. Once its cool blend it into fine paste.
  3. Add ghee to a pan and roast the nuts. To the same pan add the soya paste and mix till the water evoporates.
  4. Add the milk to this and stir nicely till it combines to the halwa.
  5. Now add kova and sugar and mix well till you get halwa consistency. If the halwa is sticking to the pand add little ghee and mix till the halwa leaves the bottom of the pan.
  6. Add the dry nuts and switch off the flame.
