- Boil the peas and make a fine paste out of it.
- In a pan add 2 Tbsp of ghee fry cachews and almonds.
- In the same pan add remaining ghee. When the ghee melts add green peas puree. Cook this for 15 mins or till the raw smell goes off.
- After add sugar and kova, mix till the sugar is dissloved. Let it cook for 5 mins.
