- Mix rice and jowar flour with 1 and 1/2 cup of hot water. Make the batter thick with pouring consistency.
- Add all remaining ingredients to this and mix well.
- Keep the skillet high temparature and drop little oil. Pour the batter and spread gently. Add around utappam.
- Once its nicely cooked it starts to leaves side of the pan. Then flip the utappam and cook for 2 mins.
- Add spoonful of batter and let it spread over by itself.
- Dont make hurry to flip when its on pan. Allow it to cook from other side.
