- Melt the butter. Add beaten eggs into the mixture and mix well. Add essence and dry nuts.
- Mix all "Flour" ingredients and sieve them nicely.
- Mix the flour into the the butter mixture slowly. Mix the batter into thick.
- Spread butter on tray and dust it with the flour. Keep the mixture evenly on the tray. Pre heat the oven for 10 mins and bake this for 10 mins for 200C.
- Take out the tray and cut them into pieces. Keep it back to bake for 10 more mins.
- Remove it from tray and store them into a tight container.
- Use butter paper on the tray before spread to spread the mixture.
