Ingredients

Red Chilli Sauce4 Tbsp
Frying1
Garlic Cloves, chopped10
Green Chilli, chopped3

Onions, chopped3
Spring Onions, chopped3
Capsicum, chopped3
Soya Sauce1 Tbsp
Lime Juice1 Tbsp

Method


  • Mix "Seasoning" ingredients to the chicken.
  • Keep oil pan ready and drop the chicken pieces evenly and cook in medium flame.
  • Fry them in nice and crisp. Transfer the chicken seperately.
  • In the same pan add "Frying1" ingredients one by one and fry them for a min.
  • Add chicken to this and add "Frying2" ingredients. Toss the mixture quickly in high flame for 2 mins.
