Baking Powder | 2 Tsp |
Milk | 1/4 Cup |
Ghee | 1/4 Cup |
Elachi Powder | 1/2 Tbsp |
Jaggary | 1/2 Cup |
Poppy Seeds | 2 Tbsp |

Method
In a pan mix Wheat flour, baking powder, elachi powder and butter. Keep adding milk to make soft dough like we do for chapati.
Roll out the chapatis and roast/bake them , till they becomes crispy.
Grind and sieve the chapati's into a fine powder.
In a pan add ghee and jaggary. Boil till jaggary mixed into ghee. Dont over cook.Add the jaggary mix to the wheat flour mixture. Immediately start doing laddos.
Recipe Tips
- After jagagry mix make sure to prepare laddos immediately, other wise jaggay becomes hard.
