Ingredients

Butter1/4 Cup
Baking Powder2 Tsp
Milk1/4 Cup
Ghee1/4 Cup
Elachi Powder1/2 Tbsp
Jaggary 1/2 Cup
Poppy Seeds2 Tbsp

Method


  • In a pan mix Wheat flour, baking powder, elachi powder and butter. Keep adding milk to make soft dough like we do for chapati.
  • Roll out the chapatis and roast/bake them , till they becomes crispy.
  • Grind and sieve the chapati's into a fine powder.
  • In a pan add ghee and jaggary. Boil till jaggary mixed into ghee. Dont over cook.Add the jaggary mix to the wheat flour mixture. Immediately start doing laddos.

Recipe Tips


  • After jagagry mix make sure to prepare laddos immediately, other wise jaggay becomes hard.
