Maida | 100g |
Ghee | 1/2 kg |
Elachi Powder | 2 Tsp |
Sugar | 1 Kg |

Method
Pour in the ghee in a deep pan with an even base, and add in the gram and maida flours. Roast this evenly on a low heat until a nice aroma comes.
Once the mixture becomes loose, transfer to a plate. Allow it to cool a bit.
Now add sugar & little water (Sugar level) in a pan. Mix for 3 mins. Add color and mix well. Once the sugar becomes cool, sieve the powder and keep aside.
Mix the gram flour mixture ,sugar powder and elachi in a separate plate. After 5 mins prepare laddos.
Recipe Tips
- It can be stored for a month.
- Dry nuts can be added for more taste.
