Method
Combine all ingredients(50 ml oil) and knead into a stiff dough using enough water.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion as in picture.
Heat the oil in a deep kadhai and deep-fry the puris a few at a time till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
