Method
Add water and sugar in a pan and boil it till one string consistency (teega paakam) is reached.
Lower the flame and add the milk powder & maida little by little, keep stirring to avoid lumps. Cook for 15 - mins.
When bubbles are coming on the top,pour ghee mixture little by little and keep stirring. Ghee gets absorbed quickly so and it forms a thick mass and forms frothy.
Immediately transfer the mixture to the greased plate and pat it well with a spoon or a flat laddle.
When it becomes cool, reverse the plate and take out the plate. Cut them into pieces as you like.
