Method


  • Combine eggs, caster sugar, yeast, salt together and whisk until smooth fluffy texture.
  • Add flour and oats slowly and make smooth mixture. Now add sugar and mix well. Fold the mixture and keep aside for 30 mins.
  • Heat waffle machine at 180 C for 15 mins and grease well.
  • Pour waffle batter and cook until brown and crisp. Serve hot.
