Combine eggs, caster sugar, yeast, salt together and whisk until smooth fluffy texture.
Add flour and oats slowly and make smooth mixture. Now add sugar and mix well. Fold the mixture and keep aside for 30 mins.
Heat waffle machine at 180 C for 15 mins and grease well.
Pour waffle batter and cook until brown and crisp. Serve hot.
