Ingredients

| soya milk | 1 cup | 
| chopped green chilli | 1 | 
| chopped onion | 1/2 cup |

| wheat flour | 1/4 cup | 
| chopped coriander leaves | 1 tablespoon | 
| baking soda | 1/4 teaspoon | 
| teaspoon refined oil | 1 1/2 |

Method
- Make a thin batter using the soya milk, wheat flour, green chilli, onions, coriander, baking powder, salt and water. Mix them well to a thin consistency.
 - Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with a little oil.
 - Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter on the non-stick pan and spread it using a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
 - Cook on both sides using a little oil. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 5 more dosas.
 - Serve hot with garlic tomato chutney.
