Ingredients

Method


  • Make a thin batter using the soya milk, wheat flour, green chilli, onions, coriander, baking powder, salt and water. Mix them well to a thin consistency.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with a little oil.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter on the non-stick pan and spread it using a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
  • Cook on both sides using a little oil. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 5 more dosas.
  • Serve hot with garlic tomato chutney.
