Method
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, parmesan cheese, mixed herbs and basil.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, buttermilk and egg.
- Now mix together the dry and wet ingredients and make a thick batter. Do not overbeat.
- Pour this mixture in mini muffin trays. Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve.
