Ingredients

grated Parmesan cheese (optional)2 tablespoons
black pepper1/4 teaspoon
egg white, slightly beaten1
milk1 tablespoon
cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, whole fresh button mushrooms4 cups

Method


  • In a plastic bag combine classic masala oats, parmesan cheese, and pepper.
  • In a small bowl combine egg whites and milk.
  • Toss 1 cup of the vegetables in the egg mixture; add vegetables to the plastic bag. Close bag and shake to coat well.
  • Place coated vegetables on the prepared baking pan.Repeat with remaining vegetables. Drizzle Saffola oil over vegetables.
  • Bake at 170C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring twice.

  • This easy recipe is healthy and can be served during pregnancy too.
