Method
- In a plastic bag combine classic masala oats, parmesan cheese, and pepper.
- In a small bowl combine egg whites and milk.
- Toss 1 cup of the vegetables in the egg mixture; add vegetables to the plastic bag. Close bag and shake to coat well.
- Place coated vegetables on the prepared baking pan.Repeat with remaining vegetables. Drizzle Saffola oil over vegetables.
- Bake at 170C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring twice.
