Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a Baking pan/ Mould,
- In a Machine Bowl Combine Butter and Sugar , cream it nicely.Fold in the eggs slowly after the Mixture is creamed nicely
- Fold in the Flour and baking powder, Del Monte Prunes, cherry and cranberry. Spoon into Baking pan / Mould
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into.Serve cold/hot.
