Method
- Mix sugar powder,dry fruits,kova in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl add maida, salt, warm water and 1 Tbsp of oil. Knead well like poori dough. Kep it aside for 15 mins.
- Take lemon size of dough prepare poori. Cut them in samosa size stuff them with the kova mixture.
- Meanwhile keep oil on the flame. In another bowl add water,sugar for light consistency syrup. Switch off the flame and mix with cardomom powder.
- When the oil is not enough, turn it to medium and drop the samosa's to the oil. Fry them till they turn to golden color.
- Drop the samosa's into syrup for a while and remove them.
