Method
- Dry roast moondal and urad dal till nice aroma comes. When they are cool, grind them into fine powder
- Mash/grate jaggary into powder. Mix this into with powders. Make sure jaggary should be mixed well.
- Heat ghee and pour little by little till it becomes the texture to prepare laddo.
Recipe Tips
- Jaggary can be added while griding powders.
- Do not just put jaggary alone to the mixer. It spoils mixer functionality.
