Urad dal1/4 cup
Jaggary1/4 cup
Ghee1/2 cup

Method


  • Dry roast moondal and urad dal till nice aroma comes. When they are cool, grind them into fine powder
  • Mash/grate jaggary into powder. Mix this into with powders. Make sure jaggary should be mixed well.
  • Heat ghee and pour little by little till it becomes the texture to prepare laddo.

Recipe Tips


  • Jaggary can be added while griding powders.
  • Do not just put jaggary alone to the mixer. It spoils mixer functionality.
