Fresh coconut(grated) | 2 cups |
Jaggary | 3 cups |
Cardomom powder | 1/4 tsp |
Urad dal | 1 cup |
Rice | 1 cup |
Oil | To Deep fry |

Method
- Soak rice and urad dal for 4 hrs. Mixer it like little thick to dosa batter.
- In a pan add ghee and roast the coconut for 5 mins. When the rawness goes off add jaggary and cardomom powder. Keep the flame in low and stir continuously.
- When the coconut becomes thick switch off the flame.
- Keep oil pan ready. Take little amoutn of coconut mixture, dip this into batter and drop it into oil. Remove when they become crispy.
- Do the same for remaining bunches.
