Ingredients

Cardomom powder1/4 tsp
Urad dal1 cup

Method


  • Soak rice and urad dal for 4 hrs. Mixer it like little thick to dosa batter.
  • In a pan add ghee and roast the coconut for 5 mins. When the rawness goes off add jaggary and cardomom powder. Keep the flame in low and stir continuously.
  • When the coconut becomes thick switch off the flame.
  • Keep oil pan ready. Take little amoutn of coconut mixture, dip this into batter and drop it into oil. Remove when they become crispy.
  • Do the same for remaining bunches.
