| Watermelon pulp | 4 cups | 
| Sugar | 1/4 cup | 
| Water | 1/4 cup | 
| Curds/Yogurt(Vanilla Flavour) | 1 cup |

Method
- Dissolve sugar in water in medium flame and switch off. Let it cool.
 - In a wide bowl add watermelon pulp,yogurts,lemon juice and sugar water. Beat well in blender.
 - Take a muslin cloth and pour the mixture,filtering the water completely. Don't waste water, instead use this to prepare juice.
 - Keep the pulp mixture in deep freezer for 6-8 hrs. Keep out for 20 mins, break into pieces and put into blender to become smooth. Again keep this 2 hrs in deep freezer.
