Watermelon pulp4 cups
Sugar1/4 cup
Water1/4 cup
Curds/Yogurt(Vanilla Flavour)1 cup
Lemon Juice1 tbsp

Method


  • Dissolve sugar in water in medium flame and switch off. Let it cool.
  • In a wide bowl add watermelon pulp,yogurts,lemon juice and sugar water. Beat well in blender.
  • Take a muslin cloth and pour the mixture,filtering the water completely. Don't waste water, instead use this to prepare juice.
  • Keep the pulp mixture in deep freezer for 6-8 hrs. Keep out for 20 mins, break into pieces and put into blender to become smooth. Again keep this 2 hrs in deep freezer.
