Papaya Pulp | 4 cups |
Sugar | 1 cup |
Milk | 1 cup |
Eggs white | 2 |
Vanilla Essence | 4 drops |
Corn Flour | 2 tbsp |

Method
- In a wide bowl, add papaya pulp,sugar and corn flower. Mix well by adding milk little by little.
- Keep this on medium flame for 10 mins. Switch off when the mixture starts to sticks to bottom. Let it cool. Keep this in freezer for 3-4 hrs.
- Meanwhile take 2 egg white with essence and beat with foam. Keep this in refregerate for an hr.
- Take out egg white and add to papaya pulp. Blend it nicely to become smooth. Again keep the whole mixture in freezer for 3-4 hrs
